Custom orders require a $1000 non refundable minimum deposit.

Estimated build times run from 6-8 months, but time can vary with unforeseeable building changes that arise with supply and demand and also with the intricacies of your instrument. We appreciate the understanding and we will always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.

Benavente Guitars is a full custom instrument building company. While many have standardized their process, we still build completely customized instruments and offer endless options. Since an instrument is completely custom any refunds cannot be issued until the instrument has been sold.

There will be a $50 charge for order changes after 30 days order is placed. We reserve the right to waive or increase this fee at our discretion.
